Lillan Kök’s food and beverage menus are based on seasonal flavors and updated regularly. Our world of flavors is based on local producer’s ingredients either they are from the from the forest, lake or even from the garden. There maybe included our own childhood flavor memories as well and we truly believe that these flavors will make you smile! That is also one of our goals: we want to create joy, be easily approachable and bring pleasure on dining.
Our main idea on our portions is rustic charm or country romance: our restaurant is a part of a beautiful approximately 100 years old wooden house in the middle of a most beautiful wooden district in Tampere’s Viinikka. Therefore we wanted to challenge ourselves to think things in a fresh way, how rustic and maybe a bit everyday things could be dismantled and recreate as elegant and sophisticated entity?
We in Lillan also want to work against climate and enviromental change. Zero waste is our goal and in order to achieve that we develop our methods of food production and different forms of dining. We have built our restaurant concept so that different parts are possible to use in synergy with others.
Our food is prepared here from the scratch and that includes things such as purées and sauces. This is the way we guarantee our guests most authentic, clean and flavorful experience over and over again.
For us the customer satisfaction is the most important thing and we want to serve our customers the most best thing. We are here for them.
